- Very good location near the sea. - Hotel staff was friendly. - Nice and secure building.

- Neighbors are unhappy about tourists in their building and behave slightly hostile. Apparently, the apartment is illegal. - Key pickup is at 3 km distance - Internet was unreliable even after reboot of router - We were promised late check-out until 15h, but the cleaning lady already arrived at 13h

Near the metro station, very comfortable. Perfect for families.

The blinds didn't work..The daylight entered very early in our bedroom.

*Location close to the sea *a very quiet environment: no bars , no discothecs, no traffic. *Well equipped: beds, kitchen, bathroom.

*Heating problems probably related to alack of general maintenance. * the fact that we have to check in and take the keys in a place far from the apartment

It was really affordable and the location was perfect for us.

It was close to Metro and close to center of the city. Comfortable big apartment for 5 people

The apartment was absolutelly perfect. It is great for family and group of friends. We reccommend it!

I liked the location and it was very quiet. I liked how there was a playground for my kids right outside the door.

The bathtub was very very slippery and so were the floors. My 3 year old fell many times and got hurt just buy walking. All items in the apartment were very cheap all from IKEA. The shower curtain could use a update and the kitchen a good scrub. I did not like how we had to go to a bed and breakfast to get the keys and then return to the bed and breakfast to return the keys and get our deposit back. We traveled by taxi and this increased our price by quite a lot. I also did not like that the apartment did not have a telephone. If there were to be an emergency we would have not been able to call for help.

The flat had a nice balcony and was spacious. The location was convenient for both the beach and the metro to get to the main parts of the city.

The flat was not as clean as I would have liked and there was a lack of instructions about things such as where to put out the rubbish and how to operate the airconditioning. In addition, the cleaners came in to the flat a number of times to collect cleaning materials which were stored there without us being told this might happen.

The location close to Bogatell metro station and supermarket. The size of the apartment very nice for big families (5/6). The free wi-fi.

The cooking utensils were not very clean and some are old and need to be replaced.

The apartment was perfect. Is spacious, clean with a nice terrace . The staff is very kind and helpful and the most important , is close to the beach . We reccommend it!

The location was ok, shop around the corner, appartment was large enough for 5 persons.

The appartment was not very clean. Lots of things need to be repared or replaced. You have to pay an deposit so it's not nice to find things broken. It's also difficult to complain about this because the reception is in another part of the town. Bathroom isn't smelling very nice. Pick up of the key is to far away.

The location. Quite close to the metro and to walking distance to the beach and to places to party.

Pick up and drop location for the keys is quite far from the apartment. Almost all the appliances/ furniture in the apartment were very basic and several in near broken/ worn out condition. Definitely not value for money.

It was walking distance from the city centre and from the beach. Also grocery shops nearby.

It was a little disconcerting that there were notices in the building about the illegality of renting out apartments without the neighbours' permission.
